Confirm that your device is online, close and reopen Know7, then try again. Current stories depend on service and network availability.
Change language, interests or notification time
Open Know7 settings to update your language, interests, theme and notification preferences. Android system settings can also disable notifications.
Audio is unavailable
Audio requires a network connection and may depend on your current Know7 Plus access, language and service availability.
Restore Know7 Plus
Use the Google account that completed the purchase, confirm Google Play is available, then use the restore or refresh purchase option in the app. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Google Play.
