The app checks readable information stored inside the file. If none is found, it cannot decide from the visible pixels whether the image was created by AI.

A social app still shows an AI label
Platforms can use their own systems as well as embedded file information. Cleaning removes supported readable signals from the exported copy but cannot control every platform decision.
No location was found
The selected file may not contain readable GPS coordinates. Some gallery apps keep location in a separate private database that is not part of the photograph.
A photo will not open
Confirm the file opens in your gallery. JPEG, PNG and WebP have specialized support. Other readable formats depend on Android and the device image decoder.
Where is the cleaned photo?
Successful outputs are saved as separate files inside Pictures, then AI Label & Metadata Remover. The original remains unchanged.
A rewarded video is unavailable
Reward availability depends on consent, connection, region and advertising demand. Cleaning does not begin and no reward is added unless the advertisement is completed and confirmed.
Standard Clean or Fresh Copy?
Use Standard Clean for most photos and the smallest required file change. Use Fresh Copy when you want a new image rebuilt from the visible pixels for maximum sharing compatibility.
Restore Pro
Use the Google Play account that completed the annual or lifetime purchase. Confirm Google Play is connected, then choose Restore Pro or Restore Purchase in Settings.
