1. Scope
This policy applies to Photo Metadata & EXIF Remover for Android, published by Keyrox. It explains how the app processes photos, local settings, advertising information and purchase information.
2. Photos and metadata
Photos selected in the app are processed locally on your device. Keyrox does not upload, receive, store or view the selected photos or their embedded metadata. The app creates a separate sanitized copy and does not intentionally overwrite the original image.
3. Local app information
The app may store information on your device that is necessary for operation, including the number of free cleanings used today, rewarded video allowances, consent status and whether Premium access is active. This information normally remains on the device and may be removed when the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared.
4. Advertising
The free version uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information and approximate location derived from network information. The exact processing depends on your region, device settings and consent choices.
Where required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent. A privacy choices option is provided when applicable.
5. Purchases
Lifetime Premium is processed through Google Play Billing. Keyrox does not receive your complete payment card information. The app receives purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium, restore access and prevent fraud.
6. Analytics
Version one does not include Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics. Google Play, AdMob and the device operating system may provide aggregated performance, advertising and purchase reporting under their own terms.
7. Permissions
The app requests only permissions and system access needed for its functions. The Android photo picker may be used so you can choose specific images without granting broad access to your entire photo library where supported.
8. Children
The app is a general utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to send personal information to Keyrox.
9. Security and retention
Keyrox designs the app to minimize data transfer. Information stored locally remains subject to the security of your device. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google policies and your account or device settings.
10. Your choices
You can decline personalized advertising where available, manage privacy choices in the app, purchase Premium to remove advertising, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Device level advertising controls may also be available in Android settings.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app, its services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised.
